Introduction to ANGLO Google Workspace Accounts

Managers at ANGLO centres are issued with ANGLO Google Workspace accounts.

An ANGLO Google Workspace account is almost identical to a personal Google account that you may have, however these accounts are controlled by ANGLO and allow us all to share information more easily

Your ANGLO Google Workspace gives you access to:

• an ANGLO @anglo.uk.com email address to be used in all correspondence during your contract
• all the Google suite of services e.g. GMail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Sites
• all the digital information you need to do your job, using the services mentioned above

You will also be issued with an ANGLO device (Chromebook or laptop) when you arrive at centre. (This device is most likely pre logged in, but if not, refer to the Logging in to ANGLO Google Workspace accounts page.

Login details for your ANGLO Google Workspace Account will be emailed to you either:

• in advance of any online training you take part in
• in the run up to your arrival at your centre

Managers may access their ANGLO Workspace account on their personal devices (e.g. mobile phone), but should note that it is  not necessary to download any ANGLO data onto that device. Any data that is downloaded onto personal devices should be deleted at the end of the working period. Further details can be found in the Privacy Policy linked in the footer of this website.
